my vista Aero Alt-Tab 'motion' disappeared?

my vista Aero Alt-Tab "rotation" disappeared?

Hi

everthing else works
my theme misses "Aero" but thats because I custimized my theme

transparance works though

If transparancy is ON and working then is there a switch or Reg
somewhere that turns this pretty Alt-Tab rotation on?
