My Vista Laptop Hp Pavillion DV9k+ is starting to run slow

Well I dont know where to start, But the memmory usg is starting to become
50% and lower. Also everytime i open up a certain folder the computer freezes
for about 5 minutes. When I play a game and press alt+tab the computer starts
to freeze up. a few weeks ago when i open internet browser the computer
starts to freeze up, when i open the task manager the computer goes black
screen and also freezes.

My Laptop is not running like it use to, it runs slowly now. Any Suggestions
on what the problem is?

Malware can cause those sort of symptoms. Start with running antimalware
solutions in Safe mode like malwarebytes, adaware, and spybot.
