My vista won't sleep..

Hello, my vista always went to sleep but i remember after i installed my
xbox360 extender in media center the computer won't sleep the screen will
just go black for a sec then it just stays on. I remember something came up
when i was installing the extender about an option im not sure what it was
called maybe "always on" but i can't find the option in media center. Anyone
know what could cause this problem.

Try this:
Go to Advance Power Settings.
Set hard drive to turn off a minute or 2 before sleep.
Set Hybrid and Hibernate modes to "Off"
Under USB settings select "Disable"
Under Multimedia select "Allow ....."

Hi Dan

Make sure that your Power Options settings are set the same as in STE
TWO step 6 here. I believe that the Multimedia settings may b
preventing your computer from sleeping
