What error do you see in "%Windir%\WindowsUpdate.log". Please post your
windowsupdate.log file here. (last 60 lines would be enough).

Have you tried doing a System Restore to a point in time before you started
experiencing this problem then try D/L again ?

What do you see in the system event logs around the time of the D/L
I believe this stuff is logged in the system event log--scan starts and
ends, definition updates, etc
What problem D/L KB number are you trying to resolve? Knowing the KB # your
target may help others in helping you to resolve your problem.
