My XP machine has updated KB835732 about 12 times and counting

Why does this keep on repeating and what can I do to stop it? Anyone know?

You can eliminate the update from being offered again by going to the Windows Update site:
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/
Click on "Custom Install: High Priority and Optional Updates for Your Computer"
When you see the offered update, check the box to hide it.
