Mydoom, Zindos, and Doomjuice Worm Removal Tool (KB836528) keeps coming back!!

Does anyone know why KB836528 keeps coming back after a successful install
on both XP and 2K; and if so how do I make this quit? I have downloaded the
tool and done a manual install to no avail. I have run CA's eTrust
Antivirus, and Trend's online antivirus and have not found any bugs.
