Mysterious message in Drafts folder.

I found this in my Drafts folder a few days ago:

Font used - Times New Roman 12.

"Annie, one easy thing to try is to download and run Autoruns from Microsoft
or CNET. It is a small standalone utility that is free and needs no
installation, but can be run from your downloads folder. Select the Logon
tab and see if you can spot something that is hogging your resources.
Uncheck any item you can do without - you can always run Autoruns again and
re-check the item if you have regrets. When you make changes you will be
asked to elevate to administrator from within Autoruns - consent to that as
required. Expand the Autoruns window so that the columns have plenty of
width and right click on an item for yet more information. When you are
happy with a configuration you can if you wish delete items that you had
previously unchecked to de-clutter the display, though that's just
cosmetic."

I have never seen this before, I certainly didn't write this.
I use Comic Sans as my default font.
The message is dated 14th November 09.

It's a mystery how it got there.

Does anyone recognise their words?
Can anyone throw any light on how this could have happened?

Thanks.

It's the Drafts folder under the 1st Mail box (I have two boxes for two
addresses).

I subscribe to alt.windows7.general as well.
I will re-download the message and do a search.

This message is not in reply to anyone else's query, it's a new post :-)

Thanks for responding Robert,
I subscribe to this group and alt.windows7.general.

I agree that there are some strange things going in in WLM!

This message, which is still sitting in the Drafts folder (mailbox 1), is
addressed to me. The subject line is 'try' and then the text is as already
described.
I could understand if it was something else, like many people I send
messages to myself to see if something looks right/works/whatever.

I have seen Annie's name amongst the posts, but not read/opened any of
those.
For this message to end up in my mailbox, I would have had to open her post,
highlight, copy and paste the text into a 'New' message, then send it to
myself via the Drafts folder.
As I said, when WLM is closed and a message is sitting in Drafts, the
program will remind me to send the message.
That's not happened.
It's been there for a few days now.

Peter might be right, it's a ghost!

I think the 'experts' at MS have goofed a tad.
I'll look out for updates :-)

No. If there are messages in the Draft Folder then WLM will not remind you
to send messages when it is closed. It will do so if there are any in
OutBox.

Endless possibilities :-)
The message was created at 13:48, at that time I am usually in the kitchen
dealing with lunch and the computer is in zzz mode.
The plot thickens ...

Thanks for that.
I very rarely place messages in the Drafts folder.
It looks like they get placed there by 'sources unknown'! :-)

Doesn't sound like it. All that would be required would be to Reply (press Ctrl-r)
change the Subject (and perhaps the To: box if it is really addressed *to* you)
and then (perhaps sometime later, e.g. when closing WLMail) press Esc and Save.
It would be a simple way of making a semi-permanent reminder of something
that one wanted to test, e.g. more permanent and more explicit than simply
marking a post with a Flag attribute.

Again, I think you are confusing Outbox behaviour with
what happens with Drafts
