Native error 00019". I'm using Windows Vista 64 bit. Any suggestion

I had a similar problem with zip files that created by
another program - in this case winzip pro. Windows internal
zip could not open the files, and yielded the 00019 error
(possibly corrupt).
Check with the vendor supplying the update, to find out what
program they used to zip the files. You might need the
specific program to unzip them.

Thanks so much for your help. I did find the message misleading.
After searching around my computer I found the file, went to propertie
& had to give permission to proceed as the administrator. Next time
I'll know what to check. :geek
