The only thing I could decipher as a suggestion from this is Google Earth or
Virtual Earth if the OP was even thinking about geographical navigation.

I think it's more likely to be GPS, as found in many mobile phones, and now
some laptops. I am going to get a ThinkPad X200s with GPS. Cameras that
have GPS are very handy in surveying, as they tell you exactly where the
photo was taken in the Exif data.
