NDISPROT sample to read CDP/LLDP packets

I compiled and installed the NDISPROT sample driver.
Followed the directions in mocode.wordpress.com/2009/07/09/windows-lldp-protocol-driver.

But I am not getting any CDP or LLDP packets when running the uiotest.exe
I'm getting IP and ARP packets but no multicast packets.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
