Is this a nec update for user?

When I was (finally) downloading I got message "Thank you for
downloading....for technicians and developers. I am neither

As I'm using the web interface I'm obviously missing some of the
important/vital information that you may have posted, for example what you
were downloading and where you were downloading from etc. What you operating
system is and things like that.
