I need 2 find a microsoft malware download 4 ME

I need directions 4 a microsoft download on "their" website that I ran across
while looking 4 upgrades that I didn't have on ME. It was a Free Maleware
removal download....Does anyone know the download # or where I can find it

Windows ME will *not run* ' Free Maleware <sic> removal', better known
as the Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool.
