not possible to change the SID on a DC.

demote it first, remove from domain, change SID with newsid and promote
again

remember: changing SID of a machine is only supported by MS with SYSPREP

Hi

Remember unlike workstations and member servers, all domain controllers
within a domain share the same SID (which represents that domain's SID).
