Need to create a parallel installation of Windows NT but no boot CD

I got the "STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}" (Blue Screen) =(
so i need to perform a parallel installation of Windows NT 4.0 but i
dont have the cd for the install...Can I use the Vista Upgrade CD? or is
there a way I can create one?

Also is there any way I'd be able to backup any files before I do
this...

Windows NT 4.0 could result in permanent loss of data."

You cannot install win NT without a disk
Where does Vista figure in this?
