i need a fix

i get this error Code: 0xF00B0004 when i try to install this update Security
Update for Windows XP (KB932168) how can i get it installed and this the log

It appears that the entire update was not downloaded. Get it from here
and save it to the root drive [the drive where Windows is installed to,
usually C:] -

When the download is complete, close the browser and any other open
programs.
Now got to Start > then Run > copy & paste this into the Open: line

C:\WindowsXP-KB932168-x86-ENU.exe /o

Click OK or press Enter
Restart the system
