Well, there is nothing you can do except borrow someones OEM XP Home disk
and use your OEM key that came with your PC to install it. You can reinstall
XP using the following tutorial:

Try not to use a name brand OEM XP disk, such as one from Dell, HP or
Gateway, since those are hard coded to the systems they are distributed
with. If that does not work, the only recommendation is to contact the
manufacturer you purchased your Computer from about getting a replace disk
or recovery disk for your Computer.
