need help ASAP

hello,

we have put in the wrong password into the administration account and now
itz blocked we cant get into it!!!!! can we restart the computer if so how??
r how do u get bk to the administration account again???

plz help thanx

if u are on xp all u half to do is shut computer off take out the c moss and
turn it upside down and turn the computer on it will tell u that the computer
admin is reset then turn it off agen and put the c moss back to the right
direction and turn computer on if that dosent work then look inside the
computer on your motherboard and look for the jumpers take the jumper and
move it the opisete direction and and start your computer then when its done
you turn off computer and put jumper back in the right way if u need me at
all email me at im leaving today be back tomorow ok

Harry

The question was about an admin password to log onto Vista. You're
describing how to reset the BIOS password for the computer. Most people
don't use a BIOS password anymore.

There are several ways to recover if you did not create a password reset
disk when you set the password on that admin account.

1. If you have a retail Vista installation disk, you can use the procedure
from the following website. Use the Option 2 there.

What do I do: I can no longer log in or elevate to an administrator account:

If you do not have an installation disk, there are free password recovery
procedures on the internet, I usually do not recommend these simply because
they require advanced computer skills and some of them can turn your
computer into an expensive doorstop.

As a last resort, there is software available that you can purchase that
will solve the problem, easily.

The program that I recommend is the first one, it is very easy to create a
recovery disk that you can use on any Windows PC. These recovery programs
usually cost about 30-40 USD.

Go to http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/ . There you will find
zip files that will let you create boot floppy disks or bootable CDs
that will enable you to reset any system password on an NT class
operating system
