If you have broadband (ie., comcast), they'll walk you through connectivity
problems. Recently, I couldn't get my cable modem working and someone from
the help desk (not in Calcutta who sounded as if they spoke through a tube
and couldn't hear me) walked me through the paces over 15 minutes and was
able to "see" what was going on....
If you have dial-up, that is an entirely different experience altogether

Good luck. Also....check your security settings. Some of the "warnings" are
"CYA" kind of things put out by Microsoft. However, the "403" Access
Forbidden usually means that some settings are wrong.
