Need help customizing.

I'm trying to figure out how to make it so that I don't see people display
pics on my main messenger window in my friends list. I found the option to
not display them but it still leaves the big msn picture next to each name.
I'm trying to make messenger smaller and with those big pics its hard. I just
want to see my friends names. Thanks for any help. =)

Greetings,

Just open the main contact list, then click the "Manage your contacts"/"Sort your contacts"
(depending on version) icon which looks like two arrows to the right of the 'Find a contact
or number' field. Then uncheck Show Details or Show Contacts' Details (depending on version)
by selecting it, which should put them down into smaller versions without a display picture.

Hi,

Yes I've had that complaint myself, these "options" that aren't in the Options dialog. It's
really bad UI.
