When I click on a link, it opens in a tab. I want to open it in a new
tab. How can I do it?

Thanx/NSP

Right click on the link and select Open in a New Tab.
Or hold down the control key while you click.

This is too tedious. I am looking for something that Firefox
(TabMixPlus extension) does. When I click on a link it automatically
opens in a new window.

Just CTRL-Click the link or click it with the middle mouse button.

In IE check Tools > Internet options > Tabs > Settings. One of the
options is to open links in a new tab
