need help with (KB936181)

So I downloaded it and installed it, 10 times, literally.
I dont know how to fix it, it installs, and installs successfuly then right
away it asks to install it again, its exactly the same update... :/
(Security Update for Microsoft XML Core Services 4.0 Service Pack 2
(KB936181))

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated,

Did you not see the KB article that Vincenzo posted ?:

Strongly suggest you boot the system to Safe Mode and rename msxml4.dll
from within that mode:

Printer software holds msxml4.dll in use [re: it's locked and can not be
replaced] in normal Windows mode, that's why I recommend you rename it
in Safe Mode.
