Need help with manually installing updates

I haven't installed the SP2 and will be probably a little bit before I do in
the meantime how do I get the rest of the updates that this computer needs?
The install udpates is grayed out and it's set for automatic updates?

I hope you are not on dial up as ADSL was bad enough.

Go to customise on updates
