i need help with msn passwords

i have another account that is my main account and some 1 has hacked it. ive
tried to reset it but i dont remember my secret question and answer and my
alternative email dosent seem to be reciving the email to rest it and i cant
find any other way i can get my password changed to get back on there.

if you coud email me an answer to my other email
