Need help my account is messed up

Hi guys I have a Free hotmail account that is broke and my email tells me
that something could not sync and to call microsoft to have it fixed but I
have spent all day trying to find a contact # to call them

Can anyone please tell me how and who to contact that can look into my
account

What are you using to access your Hotmail account? Are you just using your web browser? If
so, what's the exact error message you're receiving?

well yes on 2 computers both IE7 can log into hotmail.com to check email
fine
but on windows live messenger sign in fails on both pc's

but if I use my login and password I can login to hotmail and messenger on
both pc's

there is something wrong with his account and windows live mail desktop also
gave him a error about not being able to sync with the mail server and to
call microsoft to have his account fixed but there was no phone number to
call so after more testing I went to a friends house and loged in live
messenger with my ID and password fine but then I logged out and tried to
login with my dads account and it would not let me login so on a total of 3
pc's his hotmail works but Live messenger does not

Who can he contact for account issues ? before I lose him to Yahoo lmao
