sir,

How can i set a password for default administrator account.
if there is no Local user and groups in administrative tools, i am using
vista home premium. and how can i change the account of any user to other
ones like power user or remote user

Hi,

Open command prompt and type: "net user administrator /active:yes" to
activate built in administrator account and then restart your computer.

Open command prompt and type: "net user administrator *" it will say "type a
password for the user:" type the password whatever you want to set, you have
to retype it again.

You are ready to go
