Need help with windows live messenger

Help remove live messenger on Vista . i tried everything i uninstalled
it i deleted all the folders and then when i try to download it says
windows live is alrdy installed on your computer... any help?

(please note i am trying to install it again since i search every where
and cant find a application anymore or anyway to start it so when i go
to download it says alrdy installed !!! any help?)

i am trying to install it but its saying its alrdy installed and i cant
find it on my laptop...

Hello Grbnike,

You can use the tutorial below to search the registry for "Messenger"
(no quotes), then delete any results it finds for it to help remove all
traces of it in the registry.

To be extra safe though, I would recommend that you create a System
Restore Point before doing this in case you delete something by mistake
and it messes Vista up. This way you can do a System Restore to that
restore point to undo what you did.

well i did what both of you said and still when i get the live messenger
installer it still says its already installed T_T

EDIT: IT WORKS thanks alot

EDIT: When i try to log in it says
"we can't sign you in to windows live messenger"
error code: 8007007e
any help T>T
