Hello Grbnike,
You can use the tutorial below to search the registry for "Messenger"
(no quotes), then delete any results it finds for it to help remove all
traces of it in the registry.

To be extra safe though, I would recommend that you create a System
Restore Point before doing this in case you delete something by mistake
and it messes Vista up. This way you can do a System Restore to that
restore point to undo what you did.
