Hi,

I can't for the life of me figure out how to use the ICategory interface of
the WUAPILIB. Specifically, I would like to read the type property.

MSDN Link: http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa385841.aspx

Thanks,

Jim

I've come to the newsgroups for "support". I'm not going to pay microsoft
for their shortcomings and inadequate documentation.

Then why not pick a Newsgroup more appropriate to your question. This
Newsgroup deals with Windows Update questions.

Thank you.

Um, yeah... the WU in WUAPILIB stands for Windows Update. This is the API
for the Windows Update Agent.

I've already cross-posted in the .NET and MSDN newsgroups.

I should have said "this newsgroups deals with Windows Update problems/error
messages etc"

Hope you receive a response in the .NET and MSDN newsgroups to your question.
