Need Hotfix from KB822407... Cant download it.

I need the hotfix from KB822407 which fixes some event logging in XP Remote
Assistance. The file mentioned howerver is

Windows2000-KB835264-x86-ENU-exe

Can anyone send it zipped to me or tell me an FTP site, etc...
I need the file, and I dont like the idea of having to pay MS $$$$ to give
me something I should be able to download. There is already a disclaimer on
the file!

Hi,

Microsoft provides hotfixes to you for free (even for OEM based
versions of WinXP). They may want your credit card number to start the
support incident, but you will not be billed.

As the article at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822407 states, you
need to call Microsoft Product Support Services to obtain it (outside
the US, customers should contact their local Microsoft subsidiary).

The support call will be be free as long as you refer to the
Knowledge Base Article number (822407) and ask for nothing more.

Translation : Contact http://support.microsoft.com/contactus/?ws=support
Tell them you need the *specific* Hotfix. There will be no charge as
long as you restrict the conversation to that specific Hotfix.
If they try to charge you, nicely ask to speak to a supervisor.
