need kelp plz

im using vista on my laptop
cant login to Admin acc.unknow passwork and if i login under a user acc.
cant install any download/program (it says must login as admin

Go get a password retriever and remove all of the passwords get in do your
thing and then reset the password and Wright them down somewhere...
