I need to know if Windows updates if the computer is Off

OK This is probably the stupidest question on all of these sites but does
Windows Update work if the computer is turned off because I have to physicall
access the update site to download and its annoying

If your computer is turned off, it cannot connect to the update site, and
will not update automatically. You have to have your computer on and be
connected to the internet.

Can you withdraw cash from an ATM if it's turned off? No. Ditto for
Windows/Automatic Update.
