I need to reinstall sev Installed MS Hotfixes please help

Hi

I used Belarc Advisor today for the 1st time and it seems I need to
reinstall a few of my MS Hotfixes.. :

1 fix from 2006: KB914440

2 fix's from 2004: KB873339 & KB885836,

I have been to windows update and it tells me I dont need to add anything ,
so please advise how I find these updates to download and how to install them

I tried searching in Microsoft search bar and got lots of docs about the
updates but not the actual downloads..

Also to hlep me learn - how woudl someone normally be informed updates
needed reinstalling without running an advisor programme.. Have I missed
something glaringly obvious... I have had no alerts or error msgs re these
updates ..
