Need Rollup 1 update keeps coming back

I installed Rollup 1 using windows update. In the end it showed successful
install. Re-running MS update tells me that it needs to be installed. I did
it again and again back to same results.

I have tried downloading the update manually and installing; same result.

Any ideas what is happening.

There is one more update: "Microsoft VGX 833989" which does the same thing.
I must have installed it about 20 times now with no error.
