Need seriour help

I have just upgraded to Microsoft office 2007 and onto a new laptop which
has Vista.
How do I get my emails from Outlook express (which I have copied across to
my new computer) to be read and accepteed by Microsoft Outlook

If you really mean "Outlook" you are in the wrong newsgroup.
The newsgroup to which you posted is for the Windows Mail program.
You are more likely to find Outlook experts in the Outlook newsgroup:

microsoft.public.outlook.general (via NNTP), or via the web:
