Need to System Service....

I need to remove a system service that was "left" by an app uninstall. It
shows up in the Services mmc , and I find it in the Registry
(Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\ Enum\Root\LEGACY_blabla) &
in CurrentControlSet. With XP I just changed permissions on the LEGACY_
entries and deleted them then the Services entry went away.
Can't seem to remove the Vista(Enterprise) Registry entires - what can I do?

1. open the start menu and type the word: cmd
2. right click on cmd -> Run as administrator
3. at command prompt type:
sc delete nameOfService
