need to update speech DLL - but how?

I just installed Dragon voice to text software. It's looking for
Windows\speech\speech.dll 4042512 and says I only have 3031830
I am running XP home Version: 5.1.2600 (Service Pack: 2.0) which is
automatically updated.

What can I do?

You should check with Dragon tech support and have them tell you exactly
what you have to do to resolve this issue.
