Need XP student/teacher disc

I have tried to install the updates. I get a "need to insert xp
student/teacher disc" which I can not find. Are there any options to
installing updates without this disc?

where are you trying to install it from (MSFT website, which one/ or from a
file download from MSFT site) What updates are you trying to download?
