That's not how asking for help works. *grin*

You provide us with details on what you are trying to do - what messages you
are seeing - what applications you are attempting to use - your end goal for
all this - what you know to do - what you have been told you need to do -
what you have tried - etc...

Then we can give you (maybe) details on what else you should try to do.

Otherwise - you take your computer to someone or pay someone to come to you
and explain all that to them for some form of payment - or if you are
lucky - because they are family.
