Depends which version of Vista you have. Vista Home Edition and lower only
have a crippled version of Windows Backup. It basically can only back up
your non-encrypted user files from non-FAT partitions, incrementally, on a
schedule. If you need more variability than that the Nero 7 is likely a
better choice provided it is compatible with Vista. I haven't used it but I
have the Nero 9 version of BackItUp and it has a far larger choice of backup
options than Vista HE.
