Nero 7 Express Essentials - 2+ minutes to load!

OK, I have Vista Ultimate and I seem to having a serious slow start with
Nero. I timed it out at almost 3 minutes to start. Thats is a very long
time, not since the days of Commodore 64 have a seen a program load that
slow. So, is it Vista? Nero? Combo? Most of my other programs are
starting OK, but Nero is crazy.

Things I've tried: I have edited the msconfig startup tab and deselected
everything, so nothing loaded off that tab, still slow. I have turned off
the page file (Have 3GB RAM), still slow. Defrag'd the HD, nothing changed.

Thoughts?????

R.E I would advise disabling Nero scout
