Nero 7 known compatability issues with vista

I am trying to install Nero 7 and I keep getting this message..nero 7 has
known compatability issues with this version of windows. I have tried
several times to download the update that they lead you to and try to
re-install but to no avail. Any suggestions??

Go to the Nero website directly and download the latest version.......the
"key" that you have for your present Nero 7 version will work.

You mean download the Nero 8 trial version?

Hi --

Nero 6 worked perfectly with the Beta Builds of Vista and RTM. Nero 7
Ultimate works perfectly with Vista.
