.Net 2.0 framework (KB829019) iinstall fails; Error Code: 0x643

Help. My system:

Win2K server
..net 1.1 installed
..net 1.1 hotfix KB886903
..net 1.1 sdk

Could it be because I only have 255mb of disk space left on my c: drive?
Looking at another machine of mine that successfully installed it, I show
that it only takes 143mb.

Got it. Just downloaded and installed manually:
