Re-install .NET 3.5 SP1, this will add the option back into the Add/Remove
programs list.
If .NET 3.5 SP1 still gives you problems then un-install it using the
Add/Remove programs option.
Then use this cleanup tool to remove any remaining fragments of 3.5

(This tool has a pull-down list so make sure you select 3.5 from the list)
