Net access for all XP users.

We have Windows XP and there are 5 users each with their own User Account and
all are signed in as Administrators. We purchased broadband from Tiscali and
one person installed it in his Account. When anyone else wants access to the
Net they have to come out of their own account area and go into the one who
installed it. To install it in another area it has to be uninstalled in the
first one.
How can we extend it to all users so the icon will appear on all User
Accounts?

When The original person installed it, they probably took the option to
install only for that account.
You need to reinstall (maybe from the same account) this time taking the
option to install for all users
