NET Framework 1.0

Am trying to install NET Framework 1.0 Service Pack 3. Keep getting error
message for file://C:\WINNT\Microsoft.NET.\Framework\v1.0.3705\repair .htm.
Cannot get this installed any help out there for me? Cannot get to this
repair site for help either. Thanks.

Framework 1 and Framework 2 are two different versions and work along side
each other, in other words they co-exist.

What programs you are running determines whether they are needed or not.
