.net framework 1.1 KB953297 will not installed

Hi,

I was wondering if someone could help me with this issue. There was an
update last week and the above subject did not install. So I went to
uninstall it which I did. But the hotfixes for 1.1 where still there, so I
tried to uninstall that and I did not uninstall. Could someone give me some
tips on how to install KB953297. I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
