Have you tried any of the usual suggestions for your symptom
(e.g., ignoring the X64 aspect?)

The KB articles Kaylene points to seem to be a distillation of techniques
discovered by earlier discussions but it's possible that you could find
alternative suggestions which have been used successfully too.
Another resource which I remember seeing but don't have the details for
at hand was a blog by an MS support person in this area. That was
seen early on, before any KB articles on this matter existed, so if it wasn't
updated it might not be worth the effort of searching for.
