NET Framework 2.0 and 3.0 Service Packs 1 updates won't install

I can't get the above updates installed. I use Windows XP Home SP 2 buld 2600
German. Net Framework Version 2.0.50727.832 and Net Framework Version
3.0.4506.30 are installed.
I'd appreciate to hear your tipps.
