.Net Framework 2.0 KB928365 Error solution

Not sure if this will help any of you who are having problems with the
KB928365 security update or not but here is what I did to get mine working.

1. Uninstalled .net framework 3.0
2. Uninstalled .net framework 2.0
3. Uninstalled .net framework 1.0
4. Disabled antivirus
5. Stopped all .net services
6. Renamed the .net framework 2.0 folder located in
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\ to v2.0.50727old
7. Downloaded and installed .net framework 2.0
8. Installed .net framework 2.0 KB928365 manually instead of going through
Microsoft Updates.
9. Rebooted the server
10. Installed .net framework 3.0


That's it, worked perfectly.
