.NET Framework 2 update

Hi

Several Optional Software Updates and .NET Framework 2 amongst them where
installed successfully. Update History shows status for all those updates
except .NET. It's just not present there.

Should it be considered as a normal behaviour?

And one more question : Do I need to remove .NET Framework 1.1 and .NET
Framework 1.1 Hotfix (KB886903)

You need all three .NET Frameworks: 1.0, 1.1, and 2.0 (with associated
updates). Programs written for 1.0 or 1.1 caannot be run using 2.0 only.
(Similar to the reuirement for Visual Basic runtimes)
