.Net Framework and Add and Remove Programs

In the Add and Remove Programs, there's only the .Net Framework 3.0. There
isn't any previous .Net Framework. Do I need to install all previous .Net
Framework? If so, do I install them one by one? Last question, do I need to
uninstall the 3.0 first? Thanks for any help.

Windows version? What leads you to ask these questions, Debbie, and how do
they relate to Windows Update?

Please see this page http://dts-l.net/goodpost.htm then post back to this
thread with the information we'd need to be able to assist you properly.

I have Windows XP Pro. The reason I asked the questions is because they are
part of Windows Update. Right?

If .NET Framework updates are offered to the machine, you're already running
other applications that rely on these .NET Framework versions, so I'd
recommend installing them.

No need to install or uninstall anything else.
